Upper Middle Mupfure Sub-Catchment Council has three (3) functional departments which effectively undertake and implement its mandate. Each department has a specific duty crucial towards the overall achievement of the council’s mandate. The departments and contacts are as follows:

The department is the main technical implementing arm of the council which drives its main mandate and is in charge of water use registration, ground and surface water monitoring and management, dam maintenance and catchment protection.
